• Beauty school grads with at least 2 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, etc.)
• Stylists who want to stay, grow, and build a future here, not just pass through.
• Self-motivated artists who want the tools to operate independently (within a high-support
  team setting).
• People who value kindness, accountability, and growth over ego, drama, or shortcuts.
